Members of the Guard Foundation Community,
We are pleased to announce two Governance Proposals (GFPs) scheduled for voting on Thursday, February 1, 2024.
Your participation in shaping the future of our ecosystem is invaluable, and we encourage all members to exercise their voting rights.
**Governance Proposal Details:**
**GFP-2: Removal of GUARD TAX**
- Proposal Overview: This proposal aims to remove the 1% tax on GUARD transactions.

**GFP-3: Voting with LP Tokens**

**Voting Participation Requirements:**
- A snapshot for eligibility will be taken at 9 PM EST, Thursday, February 1, 2024
To participate in the voting process, members must hold GUARD tokens _IN_ their wallets at the time of the snapshot.
