Why is the board structure (members, controls, etc.) not more visible on the FDN website?
Members of the board: As an interested new investor in guard and the DAO the website gives nearly no info on the 7 council members. What I would like to see: a bio of each member. At the moment I need to dig into some sub forum to check who is on the council. And even then if I take the effort to dig into a sub forum or TG fan channel (from the perspective of a new investor not being in guard for years) I see council member Infos like “I like surfing”, “I like building business”. It gives me nearly no Infos… Imagine a new interested investor and you send them the link to the website… Would you want to invest multi 100k-m $ based on the Infos there?
Controls of the council: Visible on website what controls the council has is missing. Changing the contract functions (tax fee, etc), how many members needed to do such changes etc
Treasury: how much is held in treasury? Make it visible on the main website. How is it controlled? Multi sig of how many council members signage needed? Etc.
Legal state of GUARD: why is this not clearly visible on the main website? Fenwick&West support I want to mention etc.
In summary: I miss transparency and a streamlined presence of Infos for new investors. Most could be done with a redesign of the website providing all those Infos in a compact view. Possible also to add a section of current projects building on guard on the website would be helpful with a short description and Infos about the teams etc.
Additionally kindly ask to:
A) Record the meeting(s), it should be easy
B) Change time for next townhall(s) to something also giving peeps from Europe a chance to join (5pm pst is around 2am for most Europeans)
