If someone is a member of the SC, is that the only thing they can be/do within the DAO and GuardFDN?

I know the SC is one of only a handful of current roles (ie Administrator is another role I’m aware of)…

So if someone is on the SC…can they “build on GuardFDN” in any way they see fit for themselves to otherwise contribute?

Or if on the SC, during an SC term, that SC member is restricted in any way?

A SC member can participate as a community member freely and without restriction.

They can build on Guard, make proposals, and vote on proposals as examples.
